Moonhouse Coaching & Healing loves to assist you. When you buy a course or private session time, then we will collect, process and use personal information so that you can receive the services as ordered and we can deal with all aspects of your purchase.

+ Deliver you the services as offered, assist you with any questions regarding the products you purchased (if you are in the courses platform on Moonhouse-teachings.thinkific.com), connect with you at the agreed time and/or send you service messages.
+ Process payments for your booking, fulfil requests for refunds and for accounting or audit purposes
+ Communicate and interact with you like to let you know the live call times and send you reminders (when in a course) and to touch base before and after a session. Reply to your e-mails and to any other questions and comments posted on our fora or social media.

We do that by ensuring these service providers have specific contracts, codes of conduct or certification mechanisms that are approved by the EU-standards according to the EU Privacy Law.
Third party companies we use are Thinkific, Acuity, Zoom, Mailchimp, Facebook, Wordpress, YouTube, Instagram, PayPal, Stripe, Google and Webs. To the best of our knowledge, these companies do not sell or pass on any of your data that we store with them. Moonhouse Coaching and Healing does encourage you to read the privacy statements of any such third party site.
