A lunar eclipse is about release.Eclipses come with themes and we are just starting a new sequence.

You can see it as a deep releasing of a pattern that has been part of us for a long time.

This pattern release is related to:

> Freedom

> Truth

> Truth seeker qualities

It’s an awakening energy. A COMPLEX awakening energy. 

People are becoming aware of something in their life that's not quite right.

Not quite what they thought it was.

Or how it should be. 

And because it's so complex you will need more than enough time to process.

This is also why I chose to open up for the healing for you in private. And open up to the energy first. So you can start using this meditation when you feel ready to dive in. 

Because here's what happens when we're asked to wake up to purpose. And when you are asked to be more purposeful in actions and action taking: 

> You will have to look at your actions
> You will have to be willing to see that you are fully responsible for how you show up. 
> You will have to see that you DO impact the world. 
> That you have the power to build up or destroy. That not only your actions, but also your thoughts, your beliefs, your history and your behaviour impacts outcomes. 

Because the truth is that everything what's going on inside of you is what you're going to bring into the world.

So...If you want to be able to be fully free.

If you want to act on your ideals.To live out your highest potential then that requires a high level of awareness and responsibility.

And that is often challenging. The more inner work you've done, the easier.

If you act in alignment with your values and are in integrity with yourself then you are on the path to more inner peace and impact. 

If, however there are parts of you that believe that it's other people or the circumstances that contribute to how your life is turning out then that's the first barrier. 

This healing is able to break away old belief systems that are not true or are no longer true. 

> It will show you where you are not in integrity or alignment.

> It will remove the parts that are standing in the way of experiencing freedom. 

> It will remove shackles. 

> It will show you self belief. Or the lack of it. 

And it will hold you accountable. 

If you want to live your highest potential then you need to act from your highest potential.
